These Terms and Conditions (" Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77pak ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77pak website located at https://77pak.pro and all associated services, products, games, and features made available therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 77pak platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on the 77pak platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently suspended and all associated balances will be forfeited without recourse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77pak account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. 77pak will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

77pak operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents including a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

77pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, money laundering, or where continued operation of an account poses a risk to the platform or to other players. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77pak reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Prior to applying any such fee, 77pak will send a notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their account by logging in at any time before the fee is applied.

77pak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 77pak account instantly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bank transfer deposits typically process within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following one network confirmation on the Tron blockchain, which typically takes 5 to 20 minutes. 77pak does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 77pak payments team within 24 hours of submission, subject to any KYC verification requirements being met. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are sent following standard network confirmation procedures. 77pak reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purpose of completing fraud or compliance checks.

Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only real-money funds that exceed the required wagering threshold may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

The primary account currency on 77pak is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. 77pak's exchange rates are reviewed regularly and are subject to change without prior notice.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77pak are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x), are stated in each individual promotion. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, or may not contribute at all. Full contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's specific terms.

77pak employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or systematically opposite bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and using third-party software to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77pak reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend the player's account.

All promotions are valid for a limited time only. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account balance. 77pak reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

77pak's game library is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily suspended due to technical maintenance, licensing changes, or provider requirements. 77pak does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.

All casino games on the 77pak platform, including slots, table games, and virtual sports, use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game results are entirely random and independent of previous outcomes. 77pak does not manipulate game results in any way.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, are governed by 77pak's Sports Betting Rules, which form an addendum to these Terms and Conditions. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, settlement rules specific to each sport apply. 77pak reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error is identified, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, the affected round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account. 77pak will not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction. Players experiencing a technical issue should cease play immediately and contact support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any circumstances.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live games or sports betting markets to guarantee profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77pak, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

77pak's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77pak does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

77pak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77pak will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of 77pak's gaming licence.
